Great customer service. We got into a pickle when our appointment at another shop was canceled last minute. The ladies at HeadBangerz were completely booked when I called but they worked some things around to squeeze us in the next day!

I had an appointment with Stephanie and wanted to reschedule due to I got called to work. She dropped me as a new client. The hair dresser I had there before, for a couple years, moved so Stephanie took me as her client. Very disappointed in this business and glad I found someone new, at a different salon.
We are so grateful that Laura took our daughter in at the last minute before the holiday weekend. She was so sweet to her!
Reliability issues I thought I found a new place to get my hair done after my previous hairdresser took a different job. I was happy with the work Stephanie did for my first couple appointments. Unfortunately, my last 2 scheduled/confirmed appointments never happened. She had to cancel and asked to reschedule . I'm an understanding person as life can throw curves so I obliged the first time BUT now it is becoming a habit. I have a tight schedule with limited days off that's why I schedule appropriately. If you have a tight schedule and rely on keeping your appointments, try someone else she is busy buying a bathtub for her house. #annoyed&disappointed
